In 1966, the USA were judged by the Russell-Sartre Tribunal for war crimes against the humanity committed in Vietnam.
At that time the Tribunal condamned the nuclear weapon too.
In 2012, another Peoples’ Tribunal should judge civil nuclear crimes.
Even the Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear accidents have not convinced anyone to abandon the nuclear policy.
The Japanese government himself keeps complaining on the policy of opaqueness used by the company running the plant. Therefore it becomes responsible for the current human and ecological disaster in Japan.
Another Russell Tribunal is essential to obtain the full truth after all the lies told. Another Russell Tribunal is essential to finally obtain a real politic after a time of fears.
The right to decide should be given back to the citizens and their elected representatives and not to any mercenaries experts.
We cannot remain silent without doing anything, just waiting for another nuclear accident - like in the United States in 1979, USSR in 1986 and Japan in 2011 - whereas France is one of the most important nuclear country in the world.
We are determined to be heard until 2012 and long after of course.
